You have three options for your repair which are as followed.

Option 1: Order the repair and send the device to us.

Option 2: If local to slough, we will come to you for the screen repair within 10miles. Please phone or email us for this service.

Option 3: If local to slough and able to pop in to the shop, please click book a repair on the home page.

Instructions for purchase

1) Please select your phone model so I can ensure we have the correct parts, you will receive a message with our business address.

2) Package your iPhone in padded/bubble envelope, please include your order id with your phone so we can track the repair.

3) Your Repair will be completed by our expert technicians and your phone will be dispatched back to you through Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a speedy turn around.

Note – Our standard return shipping is royal mail special delivery.

We offer a safe and easy way to get your damaged phone repaired as quickly as possible, if received 3pm we repair and return your phone on the same day.

All screens come with a 3 month warranty, as long as no physical damage is visible to the replacement screen. For example cracks or scratches will void the warranty.
