1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method you choose and your location. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, courier delays, or high demand during holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- Orders placed before 4:30 PM (GMT) are usually processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays if they occur.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £20 (within the UK).
- Flat-Rate Shipping: We may offer flat-rate shipping options on certain products or during promotions. These options will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, where applicable. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping to International Addresses
We currently don't offer international shipping.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, etc.), we will contact you to resolve the issue. If the address provided was incorrect, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely, but in the rare case that your package is damaged or lost in transit, please follow the steps below:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at farnhamroadtechrepair@gmail.com and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. P.O. Box Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses for standard or express shipping. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
10. Order Modifications
